2016 CivMin Career Fair

Civil+Mineral Engineering brings you the annual career fair on Thursday, January 7, 2016.
- From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- in the lobby of the Medical Sciences Building at 1 King’s College Circle
The Career Fair has been an annual tradition in our Department for close to 20 years.
The Career Fair is an opportunity for students to network with industry professionals, many of whom are alumni from U of T.
The fair is open to:
- all Civil and Mineral Engineering students
- Track Ones who are interested in Civil and Mineral
- Engineering Science – Infrastructure Option students
Employers will often accept resumes at the fair, so be sure to dress professionally and come prepared. Resources for students to prepare can be found at the U of T Engineering Career Centre and the U of T Career Centre.
We’re recruiting volunteers to help at the Civil/Mineral Career Fair on Thursday, January 7 as follows:
- 8-10 am: to set up the lobby and to greet industry reps
- 10 – 2: to help with various duties including setting up for lunch
- 2 – 4: to help with tear down and clean up
Volunteers will have additional opportunities to network with employers and are invited to join employers and staff for lunch. If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up now:
