This prestigious award recognizes C09 members who demonstrate exceptional leadership and technical contributions. Dr. Hooton was celebrated “for his distinguished leadership and significant contributions in multiple C09 roles since 1985, notably advancing standards for concrete and its chemical reactions, and significantly enhancing concrete technology and its practical applications.” 👷‍♂️🔬 🏅 Decades of Dedication Since 1985, R.
