Department Newsletter | Scholarships, Exclusive Events, Networking
Message from the Chair
Two important items of note this week…
Networking is an important part of any educational experience. Whether it is making connections with your peers, professors or industry professionals, developing and growing this skillset is vital to success beyond your campus years. It is estimated that as much of 70% of jobs are obtained through networking. We have numerous opportunities and events on campus and throughout Toronto and I encourage you to attend and engage – it just might be the connection you need for a great future.
Our Department recently sent out surveys asking for your feedback and ideas to improve and expand the many education and research assets and opportunities we provide to all students. Please consider filling out these email surveys if you have not already done so. We truly value your opinions and they are all completely anonymous and confidential.
