Completion of your program, and/or verification of self-reported grades :
We will accept electronic transcripts sent directly to us via email from the institution’s registrar or an authorized official of your school/college/university. Transcripts forwarded by the applicant will not be considered official.
Ask each post-secondary institution attended to send your academic transcripts directly to us in a sealed and signed envelope. The envelope should be signed and stamped by the registrar or an authorized official of your school/college/university.
If the institution will only release these to you, please request that they are sent in a sealed envelope so that you can forward that envelope directly to us. The documents must be received by us in the original sealed envelope to be considered official.
Do not open the envelope as that will void the verification.
Transcript(s) must include all your courses and final grades, and the date that you convocated (graduated)
Name on Documents: If the name on your transcript is not the same as on your passport or other transcripts, provide original documentation of your name change, such as marriage certificate or a notarized name change certificate to SGS Student Services: graduate.information@utoronto.ca.
Transcripts not in English or French: Certified English translations are required for all international documentation written in a language other than English or French. Translations do not replace original documentation. Both the original documents and translations must be submitted.
