June 12, 2025 | 4:00PM – 9:00PM
In person | Hart House Quad (7 Hart House Circle, Toronto)
No registration required, all are welcome!
U of T Community Pride (formerly U of T Pride Pub) is back on June 12 at the Hart House quad! Students, staff, faculty, librarians, alumni, families, friends, and community members are invited to join us for the annual celebration of Pride month.
Following a long tradition of kicking off Pride month at U of T, members of the U of T community are invited to bring along their friends, family, and loved ones to enjoy family and kid-friendly activities hosted by the Family Care Office, crafts hosted by Hart House’s Get Crafty team, a photobooth care of Alumni Relations, and exciting entertainment!
Attendees can enjoy a $10 prix fixe BBQ, which will include vegan and halal options. Drinks (including non-alcoholic drinks) and dessert will also be available for purchase. Both cash and card will be accepted.
As part of the entertainment, we are excited to announce that local queer brass band, Trash Panda Brass, will perform! Trash Panda Brass is known for their upbeat and fun-loving tunes, paying homage to quintessential queer hits and icons. Trash Panda Brass formed in the summer of 2022 on the streets of Toronto with a simple mission of engaging crowds and spreading queer and inclusive joy. Within two years of conception, they graced the cover of Whole Note magazine, rocked TD Jazz Fest, DoWestFest, Cultivate festival, and the Distillery District Concert Series. Have a boogie with us in the quad because Trash Panda Brass is proud to be here and queer! Learn more about Trash Panda Brass. Band photo by Ness Devos.
Multi-stall washrooms will be all-gender for this event, and there will be single-user, accessible washrooms available. Learn more about accessibility at Hart House.
We look forward to seeing you there!
