CivMin student Alec Mak (CivE 2T3 + PEY) has been named the first-place winner of the 2024 Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) Student Paper Prize.
Mak won for his paper Seamless Integration of Traffic and Transit Assignment with Activity-Travel Scheduling in An Agent-Based Modelling Framework, which is part of his undergraduate thesis work. TAC has invited Mak to attend a lunch on September 24 at the Vancouver Convention Centre as a VIP participant.
