Tuition & Fees
Tuition & fee schedules, refund schedules, and other important fee-related matters are published by Student Accounts. When navigating the Student Accounts website please note that your academic division is 'Graduate Studies, School of'.
- Information concerning mandatory and optional non-academic fees can be found on the Office of the Vice-Provost Students website.
Tuition & fees are posted to a student's ACORN account after they are invited to register (typically in mid-July of each year).
Some international MASc and MEng students may be eligible to pay domestic program fees (domestic and international PhD students already pay the same program fees).

- If you have been charged international program fees, but are eligible to pay domestic program fees, you must present proof of status to the School of Graduate Studies. SGS will adjust your tuition accordingly.
- Nov. 1 is typically the deadline to update your status for the change to be effective for the Fall Session; Feb. 1 is typically the deadline for the change to be effective for the Winter Session.
PhD students who are in their final year of study will be charged prorated fees based on the date in which they upload their final corrected and approved thesis. Details can be found in the SGS policy on Final-Year Fees.
